Whilst researching for this blog post I’ve investigated a number of potential subjects, ranging from
How-to’s on Blogging to Traveling Alone or particularly relevant to me at the moment: How to Choose a Tablet – the bane of many that ‘work in IT’ (any recommendations are also welcome!).
One thing I have been struck by is the lack of depth/quality in the articles I have found in comparison to when I have a technical problem I wish to resolve. Typically a solution to technical problem will be presented in the first few results of a google search. Whereas, some of the how-to’s I’ve been moving on to pages 3 upwards in search of a reasonable article. Perhaps I need to refine my googling skills, or perhaps it’s just that techincal problems are easier to define.
One of the better articles I found was the following, although I’m not convinced by the bouncy ball in the supermarket suggestion!
